LIT has set the standard of excellence in lifeguard and first aid training in B.C. for more than 30 years. Our exceptional team is committed to developing your technical skill sets while building confidence and leadership qualities.

Established in 1993, LIT First Aid and Lifeguard Training has deep roots in advanced recreation training throughout B.C. In 2002, the company expanded to include comprehensive fitness and first aid training components.

LIT strives to ensure success for each of our candidates, including meaningful long-term employment in their chosen field. And it doesn’t stop there: LIT offers support to students throughout their careers in aquatics and first aid.

Our instructors are well educated and highly experienced, and many of our team members are among the top lifeguards in Canada! They make our courses fun and interactive, while optimizing the learning environment through individualized teaching.
