And Loyola Training Center, Ranchi (LTC) is a unit of the Society for Cultural and Social Development.

LTC was founded with the noble intention of running job orientated Professional and Vocational courses/programs and training for unemployed youth and women.

Its sole aim is to empower the tribal youth through various vocational and Professional training and coaching classes for school and college dropouts by providing the term management technical, typing classes, shorthand learning, computer skilling and Spoken English classes.
