Our Story

Mindset Mentors was born out of the idea that every child, youth and citizen of the country should have an opportunity to learn and rise to their maximum potential. Everyone has the ‘right to education’ and we try that no one should be left out in this noble cause of education.

We are an organisation dedicated to enhancing quality, promoting innovation and developing future ready citizens. We believe that this goal can only be achieved by delivering measurable and sustainable change in the education and innovation ecosystem.

Our work in the education sector covers the entire lifecycle, from primary to higher education, including formal and non-formal segments.

We focus to deliver solutions that address the multiple challenges around quality and learning faced by learners, service providers and Governments.

Our goal is to create a future where everyone has equal opportunities by empowering everyone to make the most of their talent, preparing educators to transform teaching, and skilling youth to be self-reliant.

Sumit Bhardwaj is an Internationally Certified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Trainer, Master Trainer Transactional Analysis,  Life Coach and a Public Speaker.

He is an expert of two of the most wonderful theories of human behavior, namely NLP and Transactional Analysis. He is also Certified in Communication Skills Training and holds an M.A. (English) degree. He carries more than a decade of experience with him in the field of Training and Development.
He currently conducts Senior and Middle management and Teacher Training programs for various industry sectors & Schools.
 

During his experience of more than 10 years, he has served several Schools, Institutes and companies in domestic market and has conducted more than 1800 workshops for schools & corporate having more than 4500 hours of Classroom & Outdoor training experience. His ability to connect with the audience and make them participative and interactive makes him an Outstanding Resource.
