The Government of Maharashtra has authorized National Best Institute of security and Safety Technology (Nbiosast) to conduct the training programs for Drivers on Safe Transportation Of Hazardous Goods. This authorization has been issued in pursuance of Rule 9 (3) of Central Motor Vehicle Act 1989.
The Owners of buses carrying hazardous materials are informed that a safety training for safe loading of goods has been made mandatory for all the drivers.
The training is a government approved certified programme conducted by "National Best Institute of Security and Safety Technology." is necessary for the drivers carrying flammable substance like petrol, diesel, gas, LPG, Sulphuric Acid, Caustic Soda, Sodium Nitrate and Potassium Chloride. The course is also beneficial while filing an insurance if an accident happens.
It offers drivers an opportunity of providing all the necessary information needed while taking the above mentioned liquids so as to reduce the chance of human or financial loss thereby preserving the national property.
The training duration is one or three days and the certificate is valid for a year, however, the certificate can be easily renewed after a year. We have a team of qualified and expert trainers for the job.
