Laurent Causse

  • Laurent is the founder of Conscious Nutrition. A mechanical engineer by training, he worked for more than 10 years as a technical integrator and project manager in the aeronautics sector in France and Canada.
  • Passionate about complementary and alternative medicine, Laurent has developed a particular interest in holistic nutrition and naturotherapy. In search of natural solutions to address his own health concerns, he discovered a true passion.
  • Eager to learn, he decided to pursue studies at the “  Edison Institute of Nutrition  ”, founded by the renowned David W. Rowland in 1996. He obtained his first certificate there in April 2013, then his practical diploma in March. 2015.
  • Following a meeting with Dr. Wolf Funfack in the fall of 2013 which turned his life upside down, Laurent also obtained his certification and his title of Coach of the  Metabolic Balance program . He now holds the title of principal advisor for this program throughout the French-speaking world, and regularly coordinates training workshops for future advisors, while developing his clinical practice.
  • Other apprenticeships punctuate his journey, such as the “Functional Nutrition Coach” certificate from Josh Gitalis ’ teaching program in functional nutrition, obtained in September 2018.
  • He is now continuing training with a view to obtaining a Higher Technician Certificate (B.T.S) for his clinical practice within Metabolic Balance France.
  • Relentlessly, Laurent raises awareness about the place that healthy and natural food should hold within our modern industrialized societies. Having observed the benefits of this practice on multiple occasions on himself and his clients, he is convinced that it is a preferred approach to effectively protect against certain chronic degenerative diseases of our time.

Culinary Workshops

During a workshop, 4 to 6 recipes are developed on site. The participants are asked to contribute and assist me in the kitchen.
