Potter’s Place

Potter’s place is a garden studio, out in the open, under a Mango tree, just the right ambiance to tickle your creative senses. Here you will see the medium of clay at its best and most imaginative.

Ceramic figurines, Ganeshas, wall hangings, decorative tiles, wall murals, colourful bowls and mugs, leaf-shaped plates – all in Shalan Dere’s signature earth colours and glazes in elegant shades of greens, blues and browns.

Most of the items are hand built and hence exclusive. You can buy the displayed items and also place orders for custom-made designs. Shalan Dere offers you personalized consultations for creating designs that will best suit your tastes, and home/office décor, from serving bowls to wall murals.

The price will depend on the design, size and type of glazing required. Commissions for large murals are also welcome. At her well-lit gallery you can see her current work on display. A visit to the studio is also possible.
