Talk Remedies, started by Dr. Rohita Sateesh, is a Psychology, Psychotherapy and behavioural medicine private practice located in Indore, India. It is a completely confidential Counselling Space where individuals are free to explore themselves in a non-demanding, non-judgemental atmosphere and examine their emotional needs, blocks and solutions to their difficulties.

TalkRemedies helps its clients improve their overall well-being by developing a rational mindset. We help them in achieving a balance in mental, emotional, behavioural and chronic health issues.

Dr. Rohita Sateesh, a Counselling & Rehabilitation Psychologist, has been working in various fields of Applied Psychology since 2004. In 2016, she founded ‘TalkRemedies’, a Psychology, Psychotherapy and Behavioral Medicine private practice located in Indore, India.

Academically, she holds a Doctoral degree in Counselling Psychology and is a licensed 'Rehabilitation Psychologist'. She is a certified practitioner of Rational Emotive & Cognitive Behavior Therapy (REBT) for Child & Adolescents, Albert Ellis Institute (New York).

Additional certifications in various psychotherapies include Transactional Analysis, Rational Emotive & Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Adults, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, to name a few.

As an Independent Practitioner, she is dedicated to bring about positive changes in the lives of people. She aims to empower individuals to discover their full potential, objectively guide clients, and assist them to incorporate skills for a happy life. As a Psychological Counsellor, she offers necessary therapeutic assistance to her clients and their families.
