'Self-defence, confidence and fitness' is the tradition we celebrate every day. The School of Martial Arts teaches a set of key forms of martial arts mainly comprising of Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Judo, Aikido, BJJ and Kobudo in Bangalore, India. We believe that martial arts is not the presence of aggression, it is the absence of untrained techniques, low-confidence, and lack of fitness. And that is why we focus on defensive art - full contact combat. The arts, we teach here, also aim at taking you to an unshakable mental discipline and good health. In each session, training will comprise of exercises for strength-building, and practice of Martial Arts techniques. It usually takes 6 months to get a higher belt and with each gradation, exercises and techniques change significantly.
