The Tai Chi Club was founded in the ‘70s at a university campus in Sydney Australia by a group of young students who came together to learn the power of Tai Chi and Qigong. Today, we live in a beautifully busy time and we understand the importance of standing still, finding focus, and taking the time to relax and centre ourselves. We know that acquiring and practicing these skills is vital to maintaining a happy and healthy mind and body.
