Meet the Team
Warwick Bright and Mark Baxter formed Tower Crane Training (TCT) in 2016 with Tracy Bright joining the management team as the Administrator in 2019.
Working in partnership with Steve and Pete Hardiman at Hardiquip, TCT was awarded Registered Training Organisation (RTO) status in 2020. Warwick Bright is the CEO of Tower Crane Training as well as a Trainer and Assessor.
His construction career started in 1990 working within various areas and progressing to a Piling Supervisor. He has been a Workplace Trainer and SafeWork NSW Accredited Assessor in Crane Operator and Rigging skills since 2011.
Warwick is committed to ensuring students receive first-class training so that they feel qualified and prepared to demonstrate their newly acquired skills. He has a decent sense of humour and aims to keep the training engaging and relevant!
Mark Baxter is a Director of Tower Crane Training as well as a Trainer and Assessor. His construction career started in 1997 working in various roles before becoming a Crane Operator in 2003. He has been a Workplace Trainer and SafeWork NSW Accredited Assessor since 2014.
Mark comes from a long family history of crane operators. Like Warwick, he is passionate about students feeling prepared for actual workplace scenarios. He loves a good chat and enjoys sharing his skills and knowledge with his students!
TCT continues to strive for quality training and real outcomes for students. All students are encouraged to keep in touch with TCT long after they obtain their licences should they have any questions or problems and don’t know where to turn. We don’t promise answers, just that we will try to find them for you!
