In 2005, amidst India’s information technology and BPO boom, freelance trainer Navaz Hilloowala was inundated with more work than one person could handle. And so, in a cramped rental space in the western suburbs of Mumbai, Training inCorporate was born.
As a full-service learning and development consultancy, we are committed to putting people first. Whether they are participants of our programmes or trainers who work on a freelance basis with us, we treat them all as individuals with something unique to offer.
We aren’t looking to preach from a pulpit or ‘enlighten’ anybody – our approach involves creating informal, safe spaces that make people comfortable enough to be honest and uninhibited. This may explain why our clients tend to keep returning again and again, and trainers work with us for years and years.
Over the years, we have grown to become one of the most sought-after consultancies in the South Asia region, with 10 full-time trainers and more than 80 highly qualified consultants working with us.
Our office space isn’t much larger than when we started out, but the Training inCorporate family has grown by leaps and bounds. We’re quite happy to let this trend continue.
