TIFT was founded by a team of professionals having ventured into the education sector after establishing an extremely popular Exhibitions brand and Events company.

The idea of venturing into Fashion Technology education came about from the experience in setting up 200+ exhibitions in major cities like Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Cochin, Coimbatore, Vizag, Vijayawada, concentrated mainly in the southern region of India.
