To provide technical and employment-related training in the country and to provide practical technical training to the unemployed at minimum prices so that they can become self-reliant. The organization provides special relaxation in training fees to SC, ST, handicapped and women.

Uma Electronics Institute is run under Uma Technical Training Educational Society, which is registered under Act 21, 1860. Which is operated as per the instructions of a management committee of dignitaries.
