• Located in Old Downtown Windsor, on the picturesque Windsor Town Green, just 60 miles North of San Francisco in the middle of Sonoma County wine country. Open from 1st Sunday in April through the 1st Sunday in December and Thursday nights June-August, the Windsor Farmers Market is a free family friendly event that was first started in 2001. The Windsor Market has become a community gathering place offering live music, special events, food tastings, cooking classes and a place to meet family and friends for Sunday Brunch. Purchase the freshest local fruits and vegetables directly from the Farmer who grew them and most likely picked them that very day. The Farmers are there to answer your questions, share recipes and tell stories about farm life. Local Chefs and Food Producers offer handmade baked goods, artisan cheeses, fresh fish, cage-free chickens and eggs, grass-fed meats, honey, olive oils, flavored balsamics, jams/jellies, sauces, charcuterie, soaps, candies and more. Grab a snack or a meal and eat at one of the big redwood picnic tables in the sycamore grove or read a book, walk the dog or take a nap on the Town Green, a 5 acre park with shopping and a spacious children’s playground nearby.
