The Electrical Engineering programme is the study and application of electricity, electronics and electromagnetism. Electrical Engineers study the uses of electricity and equipment for power generation and distribution.

Our Electrical Engineering training courses are mainly designed to allow individuals in the related fields, an opportunity to update their skills and improve their basic knowledge.

The programme progresses through three levels. Each N level takes place over one trimester. After each trimester, students are eligible for a National Certificate on that level. We recommend continuing through all three levels and doing N4, N5 and N6 in order to qualify for the National Diploma.

This qualification is designed to provide both the theory and practice of electrical infrastructure construction. The practical component of study may be offered in a real workplace environment or in a simulated workplace environment.
