As the operator of a mobile elevating work platform (MEWP), you have sole responsibility for carrying out tasks safely and efficiently.  Establishing good habits and maintaining a consistent, focused approach to safe operations of the MEWP are critical.

This course is designed as a theory training course for workers who use aerial work platforms and scissor lifts.

The Aerial Work Platform Training course includes Scissor Lift, Boom Lift, zoom booms, articulating platform lifts, and WAVE Lifts. The attendees will go through Theory, written tests, pre-operational inspection checklists, and practical evaluations.

To train operators on all aspects of the safe operation of Telescopic & Articulating Booms, Scissor Lifts, and Aerial Work Platforms. (Mobile Elevated Work Platforms).

Participants are taught to identify specific health and safety hazards associated with operating man lifts.

This micro-learning module is part of the Mobile Equipment Pre-Shift Inspection Series. This short course covers the basics of pre-shift inspections for aerial platforms. Great for refreshers or toolbox talks/tailgate meetings!
