Sourdough course is offered by Baked Academy. The Baked Academy was established to offer unique baking courses at affordable prices, addressing the needs of students and their financial situation in South Africa.
You’ll create your own starter and then use ours to produce a brown levain and 100% rye and we’ll show you the process of a no knead sourdough.
