This instrument is bigger in size and requires more hand-eye coordination and finger strength than the ukulele.
Children will have fun learning songs of their interest, whether it be traditional sing-a-longs, The Beatles, or Taylor Swift (reading tablature) start to finish using chords, single note melodies, and basic rhythms.
This program is made for every child, and is customized for each learning style. The philosophy of our teaching method is an emphasis on quality over pace, and connectivity over deadlines.
It is very important to us that each lesson caters directly to each individual student, and that their goals and interests are met. Using a "follow the child" approach, and adapting each lesson to the needs of each child ensures a solid foundation and love of music for your Little Treblemaker.
Ukulele Lessons are offered by Angeles Academy of Music for all ages and skill level. Our instructor have a lot of experience with total beginners, and know how to guide them through to an advanced level. We have a large group of adult students that enjoy weekly lessons with us.
