If you’ve ever dreamed of doing a flip into the pool or backflipping your way onto the dance floor, this session will teach you how to get more comfortable upside down.
Coaches will also give you plenty of conditioning exercises to ensure your body is strong and limber enough to handle the impact of flipping.
We seek to provide people of all ages, backgrounds, body types, and income levels with tools to make movement accessible and fun. No one is ever turned away for lack of funds.
This class incorporates mat gymnastics into dance. Students learn tumbling passes they can use to highlight dance moves
Students build strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, and tumbling skills all while incorporating the art of dance in this class
Focuses on gymnastics-based acrobatics movements suitable for dance and dance choreography. (Offered in our technique classes and competitive programs)
Acrobatic Dance Classes are offered by Gena's School of Dance for all ages and skill level. Genas dance school has been a fun studio for many years. We are certified through dance educators of America.Â
