Athletes who are interested in developing more mobility will learn practical stretches and flexibility drills along with the anatomy and physiology behind how and why they work.
Best Suited For: While beginners are welcome to join this session, some parkour or sport experience is suggested as a baseline level of strength and coordination will help immensely.
