Our Acro classes have been developed to draw on dance based elements such as Ballet, Jazz. Yoga, Pilates and Gymnastics.
This beautifully set up program takes the beginner preschool level dancer from log rolls and summersaults to the advanced dancer tumbling effortlessly across the stage.

Students participating in Acro Dance must also be enrolled in jazz and/or ballet classes as it compliments these styles and develops a stronger dancer and enables safe dance technique.
Acro Lessons are offered by Dance Junction for all ages and skills. Dance Junction offers students the choice to take part in eisteddfods, public performances & exams.
Students develop strength and flexibility as they learn to do cartwheels, walkovers and aerial feats.
Acrobatics is fun, energetic and great for fitness. Come along and stretch your experience of your body.
Acrobatic Dance, or Acro as it is commonly referred to by dance professionals, is the beautiful fusion of classic dance technique and the precision and athleticism of acrobatic elements.
