Acro uses strength and flexibility to perform gymnastic-based tricks. In this class, students perform conditioning exercises to prepare them for increased difficulty.
The emphasis will be on flexibility, strength, balance and endurance exercises. Time will also be spent on tumbling, leaps and partnered balancing exercises.
This style combines classical dance technique with gymnastics/acrobatics using a safe and effective progressions programme. It develops flexibility, strength and control while learning skills such as backbends, handstands, cartwheels, ariels, walkovers and more!
