Acro is an especially challenging style for dancers to master as training in both dance and acrobatic elements are required. Acro technique includes balancing, limbering, tumbling, and partnering, based on flexibility, contortion, and strength.

Acrobatics is a strength based class where students are put in classes based on level and skill, not age. Students must learn the strength behind the tricks and then master a set number of tricks safely before progressing.
Acrobatics is the perfect class to teach your child balance and co-ordination as well as sharing in the benefits of working within a team environment.
Students in this class learn aspects of tumbling and can further enhance their own acrobatic/gymnastic skills.
