ABDS opened its doors in 2009 and has been a successful dance studio on the Sunshine Coast for the past 10 years. ABDS is a family-friendly dance studio and strives to provide a happy, safe and compassionate dance studio for all our families.
ABDS offers a wide range of dance styles for both boys and girls from 2.5 years of age.
A strength and acrobatics class for beginners to experienced with focus on headstands, handstands, shoulder and elbow stands for those wow floor moves against/around the pole!
This class will teach correct techniques for acrobatic elements. We will be running three dedicated classes based on ability and age.
Acrobatics Course is Offered by Amplified Arts Academy.
Acro classes use mats & teachers help in aiding students to do tricks.
