These classes are open to students from 5 years and up. Students must be enrolled in a ballet and/or jazz class to be eligible to enroll for the acrodance classes. New students to this type of class will need to register for the foundation class.
Our Acrodance classes offer our students the ability to incorporate acrobatic skills into their other dance styles while building strength and flexibility. We use the acrobatic arts syllabus for these classes. Acrobatic Arts is a professional curriculum for acrobatic dance.
This program is designed to promote excellence in tumbling, flexibility, strength, balance and partner/group stunting for dancers. Through this program, students will develop the muscle groups, flexibility, and technique required to perform tumbling and partner/group tricks on stage as part of a complete dance routine. Dancers will be inspired to excel, progressing through twelve exam levels. Examinations are mandatory to progress through the levels.

Ages for these classes are only used as a guideline and students will be placed into the appropriate level class after they complete their skills assessment.
Teaching many forms of dance to people of all ages and ability levels from tiny tots to adult classes. Our styles include Jazz, Ballet, Tap, Lyrical, Acro, Musical Theatre and Contemporary.
There are some children you just can't get to stand on their feet, they are constantly upside down either doing cartwheels or handstands.
Acrobatics is a strength based class where students are put in classes based on level and skill, not age. Students must learn the strength behind the tricks and then master a set number of tricks safely before progressing.
For students wishing to be challenged working with Tissu and Aerial Ring. Students must be minimum Pre-Inter Modern or Level 4 Ballet. Requires strength, balance, flexibility and grace.
Our Acrobatics Classes focus on tricks that are used on stage! Acro is a great style for dancers to master as training in both dance and acrobatic elements are provided.
Taught by Catherine Poppell from America, this class will help improve flexibility, strength and coordination.
