DurationThe course comprises an initial 3 week training period at our centre to give the candidate a foundation of working knowledge and an understanding of gas principles and safety. Throughout the initial training candidates will undertake theoretical and practical assessments as per the Gas Safety Portfolio.
After completion of this training, delegates are required to undertake a minimum of 10 week period of work experience with a registered gas engineer to complete their portfolio. The work experience should be completed within 6 months of completion of the initial training period.
