Dr Manisha Jadhav is a dynamic healthcare worker and a Covid warrior. When the world was beginning to reveal its ugly side, she stood up and decided to risk her life to save others. She is working for Covid patients from April 2020 and still continuing to render her service to contain the virus.

During the pandemic she realised shortage of health care workers, which was severely affecting the country’s COVID-19 response. The shortage of health workers is not a new problem in India and has severe repercussions on health access.

She realised need to encourage and train people and increase investment in the health force, along with ensuring adequate safety measures.

Doctors can not be created overnight. But with proper one year training, Nursing Assistants can be created and she decided to train such people looking for an opportunity in healthcare system.

Because of the personal nature of the job, a nursing assistant career is rewarding for compassionate individuals who enjoy caring for people. The job may be demanding, but the satisfaction from helping patients feel comfortable and loved can also be very emotionally rewarding.

Dr Manisha Jadhav is a homoeopathic physician since 1995. She has been awarded a Gold Medal from MUHS University for standing 1st in the university at her last year BHMS. She has done MD in Homoeopathy from YMT Homeopathic Medical College, Kharghar, Mumbai and a post graduate course in Fellowship Course in Homoeopathic Dermatology at Dr Batra’s Academy (MUHS Recognized Premier Institute in Homeopathy).

In Feb 2019 she also passed and stood 2nd in Certificate Course In Modern Pharmacology at the prestigious Grant Government Medical College and J J Hospitals, Mumbai from MUHS University. She has also done a Certificate Course in De-Addiction, Acupuncture and Diploma in Naturopathy and Yoga.

After her graduation she has been practicing Classical homoeopathy since the last 25 years. She has worked with Government Homoepathic Hospital, Irla, Mumbai under renowned doctors Dr Prakash Vakil and Dr Prafull Vijaykar. She has worked at Virar Homeopathic Medical College and Hospital as a Lecturer and Honorary Homoeopathic Physician.

She worked with Dr Batra’s, the prestigious chain of Homoeopathic clinics for 6 yrs and has been trained by Dr Mukesh Batra himself and his expert team at his academy. She has worked at Institute of Preventive Cardiology under Dr Pratiksha and learned alternative methods of treatments for reversing cardiac diseases and bypassing bypass surgery. She has also honored her services at Rajasthan Jain Charitable Clinic to needy and poor patients.

She has expertise in treating various skin, Hair and Chronic diseases like Diabetes, Hypertension, Thyroid, Asthma, Chronic Kidney diseases, Heart diseases and Substance Addiction with Homeopathy, Nutrition, Counselling and Lifestyle modifications.

She has trained many Homoeopathic doctors and cosmetologists in various skin, hair and cosmetic conditions with Homoeopathy and modern technologies. She has given her expert opinions on various health shows on TV and also written articles on skin, Hair and Obesity and given quotes in various leading Newspapers.
