Advanced Course on SIEMENS PLC (S7 1200, S7 1500, and remote I/O), Sinamics drives, and sinamics HMI programming using TIA Portal: Level 2.

Pre-requisition:

• Basic SIEMENS PLC Course level 1

• Hardware and software diagnostics functions of the TIA Portal in the SIMATIC S7 automation system
• Alarm configuration in HMI (alarm display ,alarm logging )
• Historical Trends configuration 
• Analogue value processing PID commissioning 
• Flow
• Level 
• Pressure
• Temperature
• Multiple TIA components configuration using the PUT -GET instruction (S7 1200, S7 1500, I/O Modules, Sinamics g120 drive and SINAMICS HMI )
• Use of function blocks ,data blocks and functions
• PROJECT :Analogue value processing
• Drives: Sinamics G120 Drive
• Introduction to SINAMICS G120 Drives 
• Hardware power wiring 
• Commissioning through BOP and operating
• Wiring inputs and outputs on drives 
• Operating sequence through the terminal
• Commissioning and operating through the TIA Portal software
• Profinet integration between PLC, Drives and HMI
• Pneumatics
• Advanced pnuematics programming

• Student must pass a theoretical exam with 70%  or above and prove to be competent on a practical exam to obtain a certificate
