The Advanced Diploma in Hospitality (Café Management) course is designed for learners who wish to develop knowledge and skills required by junior managers and entrepreneurs.

Throughout the course, learners will have the opportunity to prepare themselves for a career in the food and beverage industry. Learners will also have the opportunity to gain valuable work experience through the 6-month internship.

 

Course Structure:

Learners are required to complete 10 modules and a 6-month internship.

  • To demonstrate knowledge and understanding of business and management.
  • To execute junior managerial duties in a full-fledged modern cafe.
  • To perform hospitality and food & beverage functions.
  • To display soft skills such as communication, creativity, teamwork and work ethic.
  • To progress to a relevant bachelor’s degree with advanced standing.
