Our Vision

• We aspire to acquire a colossal status by adopting quality initiatives in English Language Learning by ensuring a conducive environment for English Language Learning by supporting the efforts, qualities and skills of students, grooming them into globally competent and excellent human resources.
• We wish to establish an “International Centre” in the near future by encouraging students from non - English speaking countries to study at “Discourses” and help them gain proficiency in English.
• We propose to start a Research Centre in the near future and guide the researchers pursuing their M.Phil and Ph.D.
• We hope to offer Franchises of our Institute to those Edupreneurs who would consider “Discourses” to be an efficient and innovative Language Learning Source.
• We intend to initiate Seminars, Workshops Symposia and Open House Forums in future for English Language Learners.
• We dream to launch a “Discourses Cultural Centre” in the near future.

Our Mission

• To provide English Language Training to the masses: to the educationally disadvantaged, the underprivileged, professionals, homemakers, students and first generation learners.
• To achieve superlative excellence by imparting activity based Language Learning Programs, by encouraging out of the box thinking by motivating the students to take avid interest in co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
• To inspire equality and respect for all religions and faiths by celebrating all the festivals and encouraging multicultural ethos.
• To encourage Language Learning through Fun Methodology, merry-making and enjoyment and spread the message of unconditional love and goodwill among mankind.
• To collaborate with stake holders of English Language Learning at the National and International level for research and training.

Our Objectives

• To take feedback from the students in order to adopt immediate corrective measures for improvement.
• To enhance the employability of students by conducting training programmes in Communication Skills, Interview Techniques and Personality Development.
• To instill environmental awareness and coax the students to save and conserve nature by organizing nature trips.
• To organize Field visits, Excursions, Expeditions and Practice – Oriented Assignments to improve the students’ competence in English in actual situations.
• To offer a word of kindness, a wealth of encouragement and infinite support to the students and enable them to take bold action towards their dreams, optimize their lifestyle, and overcome their fears.
• To conduct immensely beneficial Writing Skill Programmes for the students, spot the mistakes often over-looked, edit their work and offer a much needed feedback on their work.
• To inculcate values like nation building, integrity, secularism and impart value based education through group discussion.
• To develop action plans with active involvement of the students through a democratic participatory process in several Workshops at the Institute Level, National and International Level.
