H-E-B Manufacturing Academy of Excellence invites you to attend and participate in this International HACCP Alliance accredited Advance HACCP Course. This two-day course is designed to further knowledge of consumers’ rights to expect the food they eat to be safe and suitable for consumption. Food-borne illness and injury are on the rise and can be fatal.
The Advanced HACCP Course under the guidance by the Codex Committee of Food Hygiene, presents the HACCP Principles as an effective and rational means of maintaining food safety from harvest to table. Preventing issues from occurring is the goal of any HACCP system.
As a participant in this course, a student will learn HACCP History, be able to create and verify a HACCP Plan, review of company CP’s and CCP's, and prepare to address future industry impacts through lectures, group discussions, and activities.
