The Advanced Course will help key staff ensure best practice is adhered to and is a more thorough version of the standard Food Handlers Course.
The AHA recommends this course be completed by management and senior staff with key responsibilities that includes upholding relevant policies and procedures.
This is not a food safety supervisor certificate which is required for certification as a food safety supervisor but is a short course recommended for senior staff to provide enhanced knowledge.
