• Wedding cake roses, lillies, flowers etc
• Cake pops with chocolate decorations
• Working with chocolate like chocolate panel, chocolate shaving.
• Weddings cake reservations.
• Image  modelling.
• Sugar arts & sugar lace and lots more.
• Learning how to air brushing wedding cakes .
• Learning the Traditional methods of decorating wedding cakes.
• Students only have to come with their own aprons.
