Are you a qualified Yoga teacher looking to add to your skills? Why not join us for Aerial Yoga Teacher Training?We are delighted to offer training for existing Yoga teachers in Aerial Yoga. This is a wonderful addition to your teaching repertoire.
Angela’s continued learning of Yoga has led her to a place of understanding that Yoga is way more than the perfect posture. Completion of a 200hr and 500hr Teacher Training with CYS and Seasonal Yoga Teacher Training respectively have given her the tools to go out and discover what this way of life is all about – it’s all trial and error.
Joining a class in 2002, as a compliment to her meditation practice, Angela would never have dreamed that one day she would be leading classes and sharing her experiences with others, but her path turned this way in 2007.
She spent her first few years as a qualified teacher, leading a few classes a week alongside a corporate job. As time passed her passion for Yoga took over and when faced with redundancy in 2012 Angela knew it was time to take the leap and follow her calling to integrate Yoga into every part of her life.
The timing was perfect as she had just undertook her Aerial Yoga Teacher Training with Aerial Yoga UK and her next Yoga love was ignited!
You will learn to balance with the help of the aerial & be able to move through the class moving deeper into postures working with gravity.
They’ll include various hand building pottery skills along with an aerial yoga session.
By taking your yoga routine off the ground, you will stimulate your mind, body and spirit, by exploring the evolution of yoga into 3-dimensional space.
This class builds on the ‘Aerial Beginners Start Up 4 Week Course’ learning some new skills as well as consolidating skills learned as a new beginner.
