We offer classes in Pole Dance and Pole Fitness as well as Aerial Hoop, Flexibility Training and more.
Classes are suitable for all, family classes allow parents and children to keep fit and healthy working together.
This class builds on the ‘Aerial Beginners Start Up 4 Week Course’ learning some new skills as well as consolidating skills learned as a new beginner.
Inexperienced flyers must attend the beginner's course first as we don't want you to land on your head.
You will learn to balance with the help of the aerial & be able to move through the class moving deeper into postures working with gravity.
By taking your yoga routine off the ground, you will stimulate your mind, body and spirit, by exploring the evolution of yoga into 3-dimensional space.
Complete Beginners class is ideal for students with no yoga practice experience
