Complete Beginners class is ideal for students with no yoga practice experience but had and have attended an Introduction to Aerial Yoga or a One-on-One yoga session in our studio.
Aerial Yoga is a carefully develop method of Hatha Yoga that uses support of soft, silk fabric hammock suspended from above to enhance and refine the traditional yoga mat asana practice.
In Aerial Yoga class, you will experience new and traditional yoga postures with your body partially or fully supported by the hammock. You can access asanas beyond your reach in a traditional yoga class such as inversions, deeper backbends and balancing postures .
With the support of the hammock you can simply encourage your body to move deeper into practice increasing your flexibility, strength on the upper body, core, arm and back muscles.
The inversion postures allows decompressions of the spine and joints which work wonders on back issues or posture alignment.Never more than a few feet off the floor offer ‘Restorative Aerial Yoga’ class.
In this class you’ll let go into gravity, be held in the hammock like a cocoon-like Savasanas. As you deepened your practice you can experience physical release, refined strength, energetic flow, and full awareness of body and breath.
Aerial yoga is a fun way to discover the new form of yoga practice whether you are yoga practitioner or just want to have fun, enjoy and try for the first time.Introduction to Aerial Yoga WORKSHOP is highly recommended if you never tried aerial yoga before. You will learn getting in and out of the hammock safely and few little tricks you need to know how easy it is.

The teacher will lead you safely through a fun sequence of poses using your yoga mat and the support of the aerial hammock to allow your body to safely move deeper into poses.
You will learn to balance with the help of the aerial & be able to move through the class moving deeper into postures working with gravity.
