Our teacher is a qualified yoga teacher that has also trained in modern dance, aerial circus skills and pole dance and she has combined her knowledge in those disciplines to create an unique aerial yoga class for you.

Classes are held at an independent studio in the heart of Stoke Newington by Clissold Park. A beautiful and spacious studio located in a warehouse in a private quiet spot near the park.

Please note it is essential that students pay close attention to all verbal instructions and demonstrations from the teachers.Almost anyone can practise aerial yoga. But a few ailments will prevent somebody from attending aerial yoga.

The class will also include techniques such as aerial inverts to allow safe and controlled spinal decompression.Aerial inverts are not safe for everyone. This activity is unsuitable for pregnant women and those who have recently undergone surgery. Please consult your physician before booking this class.
