About the Program

Agile Project Management Foundation course is designed for those who are working or willing to work in a project-focused environment. The training provides basic knowledge to the delegates about the Agile Project Management (AgilePM®) framework.

This training prepares the delegates about Agile Project Management Foundation exam. With the help of the training, the delegates will understand the determination, project variables and principles of Project Management.

Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites for attending the Agile Project Management Foundation. However, the delegates should have some practical experience of project work in an Agile environment.
