This study programme will prepare you to work as Air Cabin Crew.

The course will give you an insight into the roles and responsibilities of cabin crew, the terminology used within the aviation industry whilst developing excellent customer service and communication skills needed to meet the needs of different travellers.

The programme also includes studying Maths and English towards GCSE grade 9-4 (old grading system: A*-C) if you do not already have these grades.

Entry Requirements

In order to qualify for this course, you will need at least one of the following:

  • 4 GCSEs at grade 3 (old grading system: D) and it would be preferable if one of these included GCSE English

  • A relevant Level 1 qualification

  • Appropriate industrial experience

Equivalent international qualifications would be considered towards general entry criteria.

All course offers will be subject to a satisfactory interview. Completion of additional activities, such as attending Experience Days or gaining a reference, may also be required prior to a place on a course being confirmed.
