Anatomy and Physiology provides learners with an overview of the anatomy and basic physiology of the human body.
This course includes the study of normal anatomy and physiology of the human body, beginning with the structure and function of the cell and continuing with the organization of the cell into organs.
The topics of study include cells, tissues, as well as the following body systems:, Integumentary, musculoskeletal, ciculatory, respiratory and digestive.
This course is an introduction to the human body.
This course and its companion course, Human Anatomy and Physiology 2, deal with the relationship between structure and function in human biology.
