Ancient Greek

Greek course is offered by UCL (University College London). Our courses are taught by highly qualified and experienced teacher who are extremely dedicated to ensuring you leave with all the necessary skills to broaden your horizons and never be lost for words again. 

These courses offer students who have not previously had the opportunity to study Ancient Greek intensive training designed to bring them from complete beginners to a point where they are able to read simple texts.

This 20 week course will introduce some of the basic structures of the language through topics related to social and everyday life in the country/countries where it is spoken. The focus is on listening, speaking and reading simple materials that introduce basic grammatical structures.

Greek language course is offered by The Language Centre for all skill level. We have courses from beginners to very advanced students, taught by experienced native speakers or teachers who have spent part of their lives in one of the countries where the language is spoken.

Greek is the official language of Greece, and is also one of the official languages of the Republic of Cyprus. There are big Greek and Cypriot communities throughout the Western world and also in neighbouring countries, such as Albania, Bulgaria and Turkey.
