Counselling is Extremely Important.
It is a means to direct positive changes in one’s life as it relates to coping with emotions, relationships or other significant life areas. Upholding the belief that people need guidance to assist them in finding solutions and moving forward, we believe that counselling should be recognized as a form of prevention.
Through therapy, one can confront and heal from past wounds, attitudes and behaviours. Addressing one’s hardships and finding solutions is empowering because it contributes to greater self-awareness and personal responsibility.
