ANSYS For Structural Simulation (Jump-Start)

This course lays the foundation for Structural Mechanics simulations. It will enable to achieve a solid foundation in FEA and impart the necessary practical skills to carry out robust, reliable, and efficient simulations in everyday professional life.

After completing this course, you will understand the complete end-to-end procedure for conducting basic linear static structural analyses, Modal analysis, Thermal Stress analysis and will be able to apply it to the solution of your own analysis problems. Just as importantly, you will learn several techniques to improve the efficiency of your solutions and the fidelity of your results.

The focus of course will be on product design that would need to consider various mechanical aspects like stress and strain of materials, interactions between different parts, thermal and vibration management.

The course will adopt a 4-day Training-based-Consultancy approach; there will be a consultancy session on an extra day for the trainee to work on solutions towards their needs. Thus, on-site training will be preferred over an online course, where participants can seek help immediately whether on the theories, software or when they are working on their solutions.
