Arabic, the fifth most commonly spoken language in the world, is spoken natively in twenty-six countries, by almost four hundred million people in the Arab world.
Arabic course is offered by Austin Community College’s Official World Languages Department (WOLA).
Arabic is a Category IV language. It takes on average 64 weeks of full-time training to reach a limited working proficiency (ILR level 2). The exact time needed will depend on many factors.
