Syllabus
Our Arabic framework is based on the Iqra’ Arabic Reader series, which is a specially designed program for children whose first language is not Arabic. The course is made up of six levels, and the aim of the program is to teach children Arabic as a second language over an eight year period of study.
There is a great emphasis on comprehension and vocabulary, as well as a wide range of grammar and syntax being covered in detail. Each level is made up of a textbook and a workbook.
The workbooks have been designed to enhance and reinforce what students learn from the textbooks, as well as providing them with challenging and fun activities and exercises.
Our aim is to provide assistance in subjects which a parent may find difficult to teach by themselves. We can do this by supplementing their work with a structured framework, regular lessons, worksheets and notes. We also hold lessons during the daytime (home schooling hours), in which the children can join other home schooled children to cover those subjects their parents choose.
Our language classes are divided into Stages. Stage one is designed for real beginners whilst stage six and seven are for advanced learners. Check out the entry requirements to determine which stage is most appropriate for you.
