Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely with trainers or flat shoes.
Remove all jewellery except a wedding band
Ensure finger nails are short and clean

Aromatherapy involves using the therapeutic benefits of Essential Oils and utilising these properties to produce massage blends, creams, lotions, sprays and vapours to produce their effects on the body. Our Aromatherapy courses are taught by professional and practising Aromatherapists .
This course is designed for existing massage therapists. You will be shown how to carry out a relaxing body massage including pressure point work, using specially prepared essential oil blends such as relaxation, balance, detox and energise.
This course describes the characteristics of all the essential and carrier oils and explains how you can incorporate pre-blended oils into your massage treatments.
Aromatherapy massage is a form of massage therapy that combines the benefits of massage techniques with the use of essential oils extracted from plants.
During our Aromatherapy Course, you will learn how to select, blend and safely use essential oils to suit your clients’ needs and provide a relaxing healing aromatherapy massage.
