Our Mission
We strive to make a difference through innovative training and coaching programmes which motivate and introduce new knowledge and skills. Above all, we aim to help all our clients become the very best that they can be.
North Kent Training Service offers training for organisations across all sectors and individual learners in Kent, Medway and the South East. Courses include First Aid, Food Safety, Health and Safety and Business skills such as Time Management, Communication Skills and Management.
The course will consider aspects such as personal brand, self esteem, values, responses to potential or actual conflict and situational self confidence.
Unlearning those old habits and internalising a more effective and lasting approach to communication needs more than a short course of lectures on how to do it.
It made me think that assertiveness means different things to different people. For me it simply means achieving that balance of articulating clearly and concisely what we need or want whilst being mindful of the needs and wants of others.
We deliver on promises, on time, within budget, every time
