The assertiveness training course can be held at your premises or at an agreed offsite location. The course delves in to how delegates can understand different behavioural styles and make informed choices about how they respond in different circumstances.
This course will enable you to understand and use the tools of assertiveness and help you to develop your self-confidence, self-esteem and communication skills leading to more assertive and effective performance.
