In this module you will examine some useful tools and methods that can help you understand the skills needed for good time management.
It is important for members of staff to be able to prepare and deliver good quality presentations. Developing these skills is essential to improve both your confidence and your effectiveness as a presenter.
This module has a particular focus on supporting staff with mental health and/ or stress issues including use of the Stress Risk Assessment tool.
The course is designed to help delegates understand the purpose of recording meetings and the roles of the various people at the meeting. Delegates will be given hints and tips on recording minutes with an emphasis on acquiring skills that will improve their confidence in recording minutes.
This module aims to give you an understanding of the report writing process.
