Indian Cooking Class is offered by GJS Kitchen and Catering for al l ages and skill level. Chef Gurjyote Singh Sethi (GJ to his friends) is an accomplished Red Seal Certified chef, who has an extensive and vast experience in Indian and western cuisine.
In this class I shall explain the different spices and must-have spices in your kitchen i will also explain techniques of cooking with these spices.
